    Yes! When you checkout using STRIPE, you will be able to choose to pay for your order in installments ( this option is subject to approval by Affirm). Rates from 0% APR or 10-36% APR. Payment options through STRIPE Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers affirm.com/licenses.
  • Do you offer quantity discounts for trainers?
    Yes! Please, email us at info@profbrowshop.com or direct message us on Instagram @prof_brow_shop. Our team member will contact you to determine if you qualify for the trainer discount program.
  • What is the best way to place an order?
    The best way to order is via the PBS™ website.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we currently offer free shipping to USA on orders above $149 and Canada $250! All orders below $149 for US and $250 for Canada, shipping fees will apply.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 14+ business days, depending on your shipping address and chosen method of shipment. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.
  • My tracking number shows the package is delivered, but I did not receive it.
    We highly recommend checking your community mailbox/locker if the parcel may have been dropped off there. You can also confirm with the concierge, neighbors, or if anyone in the same household accepted the parcel on your behalf. If all possible places were checked, please contact info@profbrowshop.com
  • What happens if my package is lost?
    If you cannot locate your parcel and have checked all possible delivery spots, please contact info@profbrowshop.com, and we will submit a claim with the respective shipping company.
  • I received an incorrect/missing item.
    If you’ve received an incorrect item, please email us info@profbrowshop.com with your order number, the incorrect item you received along with an attached photo. If you are missing an item, please email us with your order number and the product you are missing.
