Shipping Policy

Your orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address every day (Monday – Sunday , excluding major holidays) from 11 am till 4 pm EST time 

  • Free delivery on the territory of the USA for orders over $149.

  • Free delivery on the territory of the Canada for orders over $229.

We are currently using UPS and USPS as our primary shipping courier. Shipping costs may vary $9-$25 (for US), depends UPS or USPS.

Processing orders

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability and order volumes. Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 7 business days, depending on your shipping address and chosen method of shipment. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. The ProfBrowShop is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information.

Cancellations

Any placed order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged - once packaged a 20% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within seven (7) business days from the date you received your merchandise at email info@profbrowshop.com and send your item to:

Orders over seven (7) business days old are non-returnable or refundable. All items need to be returned within fourteen days of receipt. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Return policy

Due to COVID 19 protocols, any product that has been opened and used cannot be returned. All sales for liquids, tools, all types of creams, solutions, are final sale.

If a product has arrived damaged or is defective - we will resolve these issues in that case with a refund or exchange (minus cost of shipping and handling). A claim must be submitted within 7 days from delivery date.  Due to the fact that some products require special handling by you, the customer; we cannot accept claims of damaged products due to mis-handling on your end. Therefore, we will ask for confirmation with proof of photos or videos. 

To start your claim (if you recieved damaged goods), please email customer service at email info@profbrowshop.com

Please indicate "return claim" in the e-mail subject field. Upon receipt of the email, you will be asked to fill out a return form with information regarding the claim and if you qualify for a full refund.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns for non-sale items are eligible for full refunds less the cost of shipping.
